Finally got around to making [this awesome curry recipe]( https://www.sanjanafeasts.co.uk/blog/2014/09/melt-in-the-mouth-burnt-aubergine-and-spinach-curry/) which was originally shared on Mastodon by @jkp@mastodon.scot

Really smokey which helped restrain the garlic, surprisingly not overly hot but I suspect that is due to only being able to get jalapenos.
