Just missed my initial gravity by a smidgeon whereas regardless of the quality of the resulting beers I was miles off on my previous two brews.
Making beers from the same base recipe was my original plan when I started but wasn't possible as the kits were out of stock.. having now brewed the same recipe three times in a row (with varying adjunctsl, I feel that I am learning more and will be able to identify why certain qualities may be different between each of the beers.
Loving it and can't wait to start my PGDip course to learn so much more!
