Potentially still another day or two of fermenting for my latest brew bit I am again very far from hitting the final gravity targets.. 

Having a read into it suggests that I need more wort aeration when transferring the cooled wort into the fermenter.. i think next time I'll try splashing it through a sanitised hop spider and the maybe vigorously stir/whisk it.. 

I do already try to aerate the world but seemingly not well enough!
