今日の料理の写真
スコッチのスープのようなもので、今まで作った中で一番おいしいかもしれない。
チリ、サルサ、ワカモレ（コリアンダーの葉を切り忘れた人がいたので、コリアンダーの葉を丸ごと入れた）、そしてチリやチーズが少なすぎるナチョス（代替品）。
すべて#ヴィーガンで、すべて美味しかったです

昨日は、久しぶりに1時間の昼休みを取り、また久しぶりに車輪のついた自転車に乗って出かけました。
当然、帰宅後は自分の成長を記録するために、フリーでオープンソースのフィットネストラッカーを探しました。デザイナーの友人のアドバイスで、[FitoTrack](https://codeberg.org/jannis/FitoTrack)を見つけましたが、これは私のニーズにぴったりです。
今日、荒れ模様の風にもかかわらず、私は2回目のサイクリングに出かけ、サーキットに磨きをかけました。 私を批判しないでください。私はとても不健康で、これは私のフィットネスへの復帰の旅の始まりなのです。いずれにしても、ランチタイムに2回、3回と回数を重ねていきたいと思っていますが、今は1回で十分です。
